What to prepare

Follow these steps
- Choose one output and state its audience, purpose, and required facts.
- Generate a draft, check for missing information, and remove any invented details.
- Compare a second draft only where it helps assess structure or clarity.
- Check the finished version against the source and record the time and usage.
An example from everyday work
For your first task, turn approved meeting notes into a list of decisions, actions, and unanswered questions. Ask the assistant to mark missing names and dates as unassigned, then confirm them with the people responsible.
A brief you can adapt
Use only material approved for use with the service, and have the person responsible review the result.
From these approved notes, separate decisions, actions, and unanswered questions. For each action, include only an owner and due date explicitly stated in the notes. Mark missing fields “unassigned”. Do not infer new commitments.
When your team should take over
Premium models use the shared token allowance at the rates advertised by AI Fiesta. Access to a model does not necessarily include an account with its provider. Comparing drafts also does not confirm that the facts are correct.
